Our preschool age classes teach self-control, focus, and listening and following directions through fun and engaging martial arts drills. Children as young as 3 years old improve their balance, coordination, their ability to pay attention, and their respectfulness. We also share lessons on child safety, stranger danger, healthy eating, being good friends, and listening to mom and dad at home. All in a high-energy, exciting way that younger kids love!

Kickboxing is a fantastic total-body workout! You'll tone up, slim down, get strong and feel awesome! Our classes are great for beginners and for experienced athletes, and you'll love the variety of exercises and the expert coaching from our instructors. Get rid of your stress by hitting the pads, learn some powerful kickboxing moves, and make some great friends with classmates who are reaching their goals right along with you.
When school is out, Kids love our camps!
Our kids camps are packed with all-day fun! When school is out, camp is in - during vacations, holidays, and teacher planning days too. Kids enjoy endless hours of games, fun activities, martial arts lessons, arts and crafts, making new friends, and more. We offer reasonable rates, weekly and daily options, and family discounts. When parents come to pick them up, the kids don't want to leave! Space is limited, so please register in advance.
