This isn't an old-school cardio kickboxing aerobics class - there's no choreography or 8 counts here! In the fitness kickboxing classes at IMPACT, you get to have a ton of fun hitting pads, punching the boxing mitts, kicking the heavy bags, and using a variety of fun and challenging fitness equipment. Plus, our awesome workouts can be scaled to your fitness level. If you're a beginner (or maybe you haven't worked out in a while), no problem - you can take it at your own pace. If you're an experienced athlete, then you'll find some intense workouts designed to push you to your limits. Our total-body workouts will have you losing weight, building muscle, fighting stress, and feeling amazing! You'll have a ton of fun getting fit with us!
We love to incorporate variety into our classes! You get to work a ton of different muscle groups, and you won't get bored along the way! You'll get ton enjoy activities like timed rounds with brief pauses in between, circuit training and going from station to station, plus cardio, stretching and endurance drills that help you build better health and fitness every week. We'll coach you through each exercise, and we'll make sure to match the intensity to your level and your own personal goals. This is a complete fitness program to help you get in shape and stay in shape! Don't put off getting healthier and feeling better - you'll thank yourself for starting!
Fitness kickboxing is a workout that gives you real, lasting results. We'll train all your muscles - arms, legs, core, back, shoulders, abs, glutes, and more. It's never the same workout twice! You'll enjoy fun variations of high-energy warm ups, punching and kicking drills, strength training exercises, speed and cardio challenges, coordination and agility work, and even balance and flexibility exercises too.
