We encourage you to start with our trial offer of 2 weeks of unlimited classes for only 20 dollars. This will give you a chance to see if you like the classes before you enroll on one of our ongoing memberships. - Unlimited Monthly Membership Attend as many classes as you like every month. Only 99 - 2x Per Week Monthly Membership Attend 2 classes of your choice per week, every month. Only 75 - Punch Card Membership Get 10 classes to use at your own pace. Only 120 - Drop In Rate Want to attend a class without having to purchase a membership? Class ScheduleFitness Kickboxing Classes
- Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00 pm - Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm - Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:00 pm - Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm - Saturdays from 9:30 - 10:30 am Fitness Kickboxing classes are one hour long. We use boxing gloves for several parts of the workout - you may bring your own if you have them, or you may purchase gloves that we have available at our studio. Hand wraps are encouraged but not required. You should wear comfortable workout clothes, and you may bring a towel and water bottle if you like. We have water fountains available as well. You should take the workout at your own pace, modify exercises if needed, and rest when necessary. Our instructors will help you though every step of the workout and will coach you to reach your fitness goals. You're going to love it!! |
